This is a cloze activity with the words (3D, 15A etc) linking into a crossword. Covers how chlamydia is transmitted, symptoms, prevention and treatment. It is fairly matter of fact and, depending on the age and ability of students, you may need to explain what 'fallopian tubes' 'genitals' etc are. 2 pages with answer sheet.
