Changing the security settings on IE7

Please only attempt this if you are confident in changing your computer's security settings; this is not advisable on a shared school computer.

First go to the 'Tools' menu in the top right corner of the screen. Select 'Internet Options' from the bottom of the menu. You will get a dialogue box looking like this:

Select the 'Security tab' And then select the 'custom level' button:

Scroll down to the setting under downloads for 'Automatic prompting for file downloads' and select 'Enable'.

Then click 'OK' on the bottom of the dialogue box, and 'OK' again to confirm. You will now get the option to download the file every time.
