I have worked in schools in both wales and england. Before becoming a secondary teacher i also volunteered in primary schools hearing readers and teaching maths. In my recent ofstead observation i was given a good with elements of outstanding and have been praised for my teaching during in-house assessments. As a maths teacher also (however unwilling hehe) i was also observed my ofstead for the class i take twice a week and was given a satisfactory with alot of good aspects. Which concidering alot went wrong i have been told to be happy with.
